Valley Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio in Hunt Valley, MD. We specialize in private and small group sessions. Our intimate studio setting allows us to focus on your individual goals using a variety of Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Tower, Mat, Barrels, and small props.

Start with a private intro session, included in our new to pilates pack, so we can introduce you to the equipment, assess your goals, and personalize your experience. No prior experience is needed.
We offer private and small group classes using equipment like the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Mat. Group classes are intentionally small, 6 people maximum for individualized attention.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and we’ll provide the rest. We're located in Executive Plaza 3 in Hunt Valley, MD, with plenty of free parking available.
