This high-energy workout that blends powerful, flowing movements with targeted strength work. Using the Reformer and small props, this class is designed to tone, lengthen, and challenge every muscle group through dynamic sequences and sculpting exercises. All levels welcome, with modifications always offered.
Restorative

Restorative focuses on gentle, purposeful movement to support recovery, mobility, and alignment. Using the Reformer and small props, this class targets common areas of tightness and imbalance through slow, controlled exercises that promote joint stability, muscular activation, and improved movement patterns. Ideal for those returning from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply seeking a more rehabilitative, mindful experience. All levels welcome especially those looking to move with intention and care.
Athletic Conditioning

Strengthen from the inside out with Balance & Build a focused, low-impact Pilates class designed to improve core stability, posture, and total-body strength. Using the Reformer and occasionally the Stability Chair, this class blends controlled movement with balance work to challenge muscles in a deeper, more intentional way. Expect to move mindfully, build strength, and leave feeling more aligned and grounded. Ideal for all levels!

This class combines Reformer work with resistance-based exercises and intentional pacing to sculpt every major muscle group.
